My tax liability was up about $150, but my income was up quite a bit, over 2017. Therefore, I'm saying that if I was comparing "apples to apples", my tax was actually lower for 2018.

Our tax refund went down 2k, BUT our income went up over 5k which we saved all year. Love hearing the dummies at work complain that their tax refund is a lot less. Thanks Donald
