Street Stocks at Shang II May 29th ?

Ok guys I have only heard from a couple street stock guys but here we go, You said you could make this the biggest car count so let me know who would come and make this the premier event of the year. My thoughts are most of you will be buying 1070 tires to run the race at Chemung may 1st so I would consider running the NYSS rules and Big 10 rules running on 1070 tires. I will listen to any comments for the next week and then make a decision and believe me I think the street stocks can put on some of the best racing. Lets get a pre-register list going and help me make this happen.

Not sure if we can make it premiere event of the year with a month to do it but we all sure will come and support the track. Odds are if we get 15 cars we will still have the most cars and will put on the best show I imagine we can find a sponsor for the race. Not sure why we have to make it a huge outing just to race? None of these other classes have to beg. We can go support all the other tracks take all out local friends and family somewhere else. When has the mods and sport mods ever had more cats show up then us? Wait four cylinders too? Not never!!!

We'll be there with two cars, just glad to have a place to race that weekend.  I like the idea of running USED 1070's since we'll already have them from the Chemung race.

I for one and am delighted (if/hopefully?) that the SS are back on the card  , I know a lot of the fans will be as well, esp. on how the SS really helped keep SL2 going as long/strong as they/it did...(not too mention some of the best racing/finishes at SL2  (over the years)...even only 12 or so SS have put on some great shows at SL2 (obviously the more the merrier...l )

See buck lol… that's already more most races there last year. You know if fink works it out he will be too and if we run the used 1070 I garuntee the super stick boys will come play. Keep promoting it and we will get the cars we will try to find sponsors for the race.

SL2 is now running it's first show on Sunday 5-29-16 (not on Saturday) Memorial Day weekend... unfortunately the BIG10 race is not running that weekend (hopefully it will be in the future though?) 
it appears they are trying to now run a Street Stock show on that Sunday with the rest of the card...if interested either way, (they always try and work with everyone and make things adaptable as possible  )try getting a hold of Buck Sharpsteen (see "Sharpy" on here for details)

To be clear the formerly Big 10 is now referred to as the RoC Super Stocks. Any of our guys interested in running in that race are welcome to do so. Can someone tell me what the status is of the other date we were given for a race?

keep the tire rule open 1070/f45/and the ar tire even the f75 just make the racing fair pay a purse and have at it

I will be there with my street stock. I agree with fink with the open tires. But i think if you run a 10 inch tire it should be a used tire. Then the guys with the f75 stand a chance.

So this is a non R.O.C superstock race. Just want to fully understand as r schedule said we raced on the 28. Either way we want to race, so we will be there in the green war machine.
