Bethel Motor Speedway Racers' & Fans' Appreciation Page - unofficial

RIP 'Gentleman' Joe Scarbrough. 1981 Bethel Motor (White Lake)Speedway Street Stock Champion and all around great person sadly passed away.

Joe and his son Joey made the long haul from New Jersey to compete often at White Lake over the years especially for the Sullivan 100 races. They loved the blue collar racing and the close knit family atmosphere especially the big wheel races that the speedway provided back then.

We lost a great racer , may God Bless him at the great speedway up above. Thoughts and prayers to the family and friends of 'Gentleman' Joe. Godspeed ?
