GREEN FLAG DROPS ON 40TH TELEVISION SEASON

America’s longest running motorsports program, The Race Report, will begin its 40th broadcast season tonight at 11:05 on WICZ-TV, the FOX network affiliate in Binghamton, NY. Additional airings of each week’s Thursday night telecast will be presented on Friday (11:30 PM), Saturday (10:30 AM), and Sunday (11:00 AM) on WBPN-TV. Both stations can be found on digital channels 40.1 & 40.2 and on multiple content providers including DirecTV, Dish Network, and Spectrum. The broadcasts are also carried in their entirety on Facebook.com/TheRaceReportTV and YouTube channel TheRaceReportTV.

The 2020 season premiere will focus on the scheduled opening of Penn Can Speedway in Susquehanna, PA, on Friday, May 22 at 7:30 PM. The episode will include interviews with new Penn Can Speedway Promoters Gary Folk Sr and Gary Folk Jr, plus interviews with drivers Ajay Potrzebowski, Randy Brokaw, Jared Green, Gary Smith, and Michael Walsh, all of whom are planning to compete in the season opener.

For the 2020 racing season The Race Report will continue to bring its viewers in-depth coverage of major events sanctioned by NASCAR, IMSA, AMA, SCCA, AER, NHRA, and IRL at tracks throughout the Northeast; weekly coverage at Afton Motorsports Park, Bethel Motor Speedway, Penn Can Speedway, Skyline Raceway, Square Deal Riders, and Thunder Mountain Speedway; plus special events including the Toyota Green Grand Prix and the Watkins Glen Vintage Festival.
