Come on Chris MTroyerfan6 knows all from his computer way down in Virginia.
Speedy, I have been goin racin for 40 years of my life and went weekly to the original SL from the early 70s till the early 90s. So, I think I have a valid point, it is economics 101, no cars and eventually no fans = NO racetrack right? Well, the track will physically be there, but no racin.  :P
P.S.- See "ya'll" at the ROC Saturday-Go Zak Pak! yeah, Im driving the 8 hour drive up to support the MODS.

Mtroyerfan, if you wanted to support racing in the northeast, you'd just shut your yap and stay in Virginia! It is really amazing how you know more of what is going on than all of us who are there supporting them every week. Maybe we could just get admin to remove you since you are nothing but a P.I.T A. Someday they will require people to actually have real user names and require ID to have passwords, then some people wouldn't be so free with all the BS. This site should be used to PROMOTE racing, not run it in the ground!

I know you have your name on, I was just saying there is too much negative stuff put on here that only hurts our sport by people that do hide behind usernames. I just don't understand what your point is to make negative comments all the time, do you really think you are helping in any way to SUPPORT what you loved up here for 40 years? Find something good to say or just say nothing! If things are so great in Virginia or somewhere else you go, tell us what they are doing that is so great to help out the tracks up here instead of making people think it's not worth going anymore!

We are all frustrated with the current state of local racing and so many people have great ideas on how to fix things, but there seems to be no magic wand. I hope tons of people and racecars come out to support the show at Oswego, the future of our sport depends on it.

Jimmy Consi, You may have been happy with the way SL2 ran the show Saturday night but I can tell you that the majority of the teams were not !! Alot of the teams were frustrated by not having time to work on their cars get tires changed, etc.. a good pace is fine but from a team standpoint Staurday it was too fast and too much of a rat race.  A number of teams said if they do this every week they won't be back so you may be happier yet because the show will be even faster with 3 or 4 cars in each class !!!!

MTroyerfan6, this weekened will be a great oppertunity for you to find George and Amy and talked to them face to face. I'm sure they will be at Oswego and so will you. Here's your chance to discuss everything.
