All I can say is I know one person I will have less respect for when this deal is all said and done, and it probably isn't who you think it is....  That is assuming what I think is going to happen will happen (The track not change hands).

I in know way know what is going to happen or have any "inside sources" this is just what I think, and as long as I can see racing at BRS every Friday night, I will be happy.

Good point, but the question is how many of them would actually race weekly?  Alot of those guys don't run much more than one night a week. You might get 5-6 on a weekly basis, then hope the current cars are willing to go back to the Hoosiers and steel wheels.

I think that with the decline of the weekly sportsman teams from the middle to end of last year, the ones that were left either already run at Canandaigua weekly or were already committed to running BRS weekly when they were mandated to run Hoosiers so they would run them again, and they would be able to pick up some more cars each week that already have Hoosiers.

In my opinion, there is only 1 track that should bend on this one. Blackrock has had this great successful weekend for a few consecutive years. I hope they adjust it.

I completely agree.  The only argument could be that the I-88 schedule was out sooner as Black Rock dragged their feet, but I am pretty sure BRS had already announced the date.  And its not like anyone couldn't make a halfway decent guess of when it was going to be if they didn't.

I realize there hasn`t been a Spooktacular race since 2007.
But traditionally, the Afton racing started around noon and was finished in plenty of time for anyone to make it to Black Rock that wanted to.
