Andy, back 40 in the mud. Lol. Years ago at Utica Rome we were parked so far back in an uncut field I was tossing crickets and grasshoppers  out the window of the truck on the way home down 31. Not talking one or two. Like a couple dozen. Everytime we opened the door to the truck they'd hop in.

got the new rules this week, a great way to alienate cars that supported the previous midstate asphalt series including one of the biggest supporters. no thanks. anyone interested in actual vintage racing where passing is allowed and all vintage cars are welcome wyoming county is having the class every third week plus end of the year special. also in the works is a combined event with the pa vintage club at bradford.

going to be running vintage mod there, using b-mod tire 1057/1040 tires. i have a choice between 5.83 and 6.50. ran 6.50 at the mills turning about 6800 chemung i had 5.83 turned around 6000. i like to keep it in that range tho i can go higher

we had a lot of fun running down there with the vintage cars. i wish we could get more of the guys to travel and try asphalt out. is what it is theres a few asphalt cars being built tho that should be done soon. hope we still put on a decent show... your little track left me sore this morning. rob whipple 33l

i think it would work on asphalt pretty well.. kinda came up with that idea a few years ago if a track maybe ran once a month thru the winter. place like evans mills would be perfect as the pits and parking lot are all hard gravel or limestone. run probably more stock style divisions or something. i think youd get a decent response

glad everyone enjoyed the show. i had a blast prob would have had more fun had i drawn better for the feature. those guys hanging it out make it tough to pass but fun to watch. heat race number one i wish they had video of some where im still kickin myself for losiing that at the line. :( feature ehhh rf is busted up pretty good all easy fix the 00 has a bunch of steering damage and is fixable. first time ive ever been thanked for running into someone as it kept him off the end off the frontstraight wall coming out of four. lol i pitched it sideways as hard as i could cause i didnt wanna hit him head on or that wall. hope we get invited back again next year. thanks rob whipple 33L
