It was amazing he was able to hang on to that car! The fans loved it. I got a picture of it......but the picture doesn't do it justice.

Jim Mullen has shot the video there for years. Somebody should have his contact on the racing CD as I'm not home at the moment.
Les gave quite a show on asphalt and pulled out the heat win at the line. He hit the back wall in the feature or he could have made it really interesting. He was fun to watch "dirt tracking it" on the asphalt for sure! They said that it was his first time racing on asphalt!

I was sitting in the packed grand stand at the time and the place was roaring watching him wheel that thing.

Yeah.. a lot of moans when he clubbed the back chute wall for sure.  Never have I enjoyed the vintage cars like last night.

That 14 coupe with the BB Chevy made this old Mod fan beam.  A Modified as God intended them. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

glad everyone enjoyed the show. i had a blast prob would have had more fun had i drawn better for the feature. those guys hanging it out make it tough to pass but fun to watch. heat race number one i wish they had video of some where im still kickin myself for losiing that at the line. :( feature ehhh rf is busted up pretty good all easy fix the 00 has a bunch of steering damage and is fixable. first time ive ever been thanked for running into someone as it kept him off the end off the frontstraight wall coming out of four. lol i pitched it sideways as hard as i could cause i didnt wanna hit him head on or that wall. hope we get invited back again next year. thanks rob whipple 33L

I will be taking the Super Stock on the 4th.   If it makes it through the fall brawl @ Shang II?
