Definitely Ciprich as he was the only one who drove that car ( won the Classic in it too). That car was later sold to Tommy Leeson (renumbered 97) after Ciprich took a wild ride which ended his racing. The other card is Heveron (inside), Leeson (middle in the former Buckner 36) and what looks like Bellinger on the outside.
