Pretty high banking... Winchester or Salem maybe?

Another possibility would be the Dayton Speeday, a high banked 1/2 mile that closed in the 80's and is now a land fill.

Claychamp,
I remember Dave Nichols going over the wall between 3 & 4 on the 3/4 mile at Pocono. The car was practically cut in half by the guard rail when he went over. It was one of his Corvairs & I remember seeing the frame rail under or maybe in front of his seat cut clean through. He was lucky though & did not get hurt at all.

Didn't Nichols also cut a Covair in half at Lancaster?

Good one, thanks blackjackracing. that car even predates my days with the team. I have a few magazines with us on the cover but dont have any way to post them. The odd number 8 was for a sponsor that didn't pan out.

Here's one I snapped at Langhorne at the 1971 National open as a wee lad. Bodine and Evans come down to take the green flag! Photo by Welty.

This is a picture that i found on my friends wall and was wondering if anyone knows who it is, the only thing i know is that it was at Bath speedway.
And your crybaby whine-a$$ed opinion would be...?

Need a little help here, historians.  My buddy took this picture at Utica-Rome's 1970 New Yorker 400 and wants to know who it is.  I can't help him - we were running Fulton that year and I don't ever remember seeing this car anywhere else.  Any ideas?  We think that it may be a southern car because of the Falstaff Beer sponsorship on the trunk.  Photo by Tim Brown.

Looks like a Sonney Seamon built car.

Looks like a winner, Shamrock.  Thanks.  There are some good looking old southern mods on that thread.  I can remember the two Hensleys (#'s 22 and 23) and Perk Brown (believe he was in the 0) coming to UR for the 400 in either '68 or '69.  I think that Jimmy finished 2nd to the Monks in the first half that year.
