Racing Discussion / Re: Hillside Buffalo Code of Conduct

Maybe not “the smartest policy”. I suggest if all the keyboard hero’s have better ideas maybe they should purchase one of the many asphalt tracks available. Most of you don’t even have $20-30 grand in equipment sitting in your garage , just hoping there is somewhere to race them. I, for one, would like to be able to race somewhere. Whether it’s holland or somewhere else, we need to quit bashing ALL tracks.
Exactly!!

"28 cars in three divisions... not worth the price of admission!!"

Another unnecessary quote from Mr. Oneill. If you were there; the racing was very good in all divisions. Oh, don't forget the 29 Super Stocks you failed to mention. Hats off to everyone at Spencer this season making the best of it. 2 BIG races to go, can't wait.
Perhaps if Mr. Oneill drove his racecar as good as he shoots his mouth off, he could have been more than just a keyboard legend!

Racing was actually pretty good in all divisions I thought (aside from the mod crash).

Looking forward to the event. ROC always does a great job wherever they go and the trucks will add some variety.

Oh great, another hoosierDaddy1 VS. uticamike thread...at this point, it seems to me that HoosierD might just be an alternative log in for UticaM. This way he can have endless conversations with himself about the state of mod racing. JMO  ::)
I for one am happy to see modified racing doing so well. Get out and support of whatever series you like best. Be thankful we have what we have!

I like the idea too. My 2 cents; make them LOOK like race cars. Some sheet metal work can make a street monte carlo/grand prix look like an older cup car etc. There are some good DOT tire choices/sizes available in the 16" size. Race tires get pricey

did anyone look at the classified  section the 72?  the 6 7/8  the 34?  6k  roller.  9.5 + with motor. they admit thats almost the engine cost. the 131 14k? on racing junk?  it is what is.  you keep the same rules for 10 years. there gonna figure it out. thats what it costs.  only obama can figure it out so we can buy 10-15k cars. for 1k to win. :'(

Bingo, time to get back to basics or forget it. JMO

The #5 was the show tonight. He ran the outside groove like a pro. Kudos to the team and Rusty.

It was actually a nice night. Got the family in for $15, and the racing was good too. I wish all tracks had more cars, like the 70's-early 80's was. 25 years later-Reality of the times and costs. Thank you to all the drivers and teams who are out there racing.

I think Lake erie currently runs 4's with the 6's. Not slamming either kind of car. 7-10 car features are just tough to watch on a large track. Both classes at Spencer provide great racing. I am not sure who has the advantage, but I too would like to see it at least once. A 25-30 car "street car/stock" field would sure stir interest on the fan side. JMO

good night of racing, kept the show moving along, and good food, but i have 1 complaint.................Not only should Toad Bradshaw not be allowed behind the wheel of a race car, but he should also have his drivers license revoked........i really dont feel safe driving my trailblazer around minding my own business when he could just show up anytime and cause an accident......the man is a menace!!!!! Anyway, enough with the negativity......nice job tonight Spencer speedway!!!!

Exactly. What's it gonna take to park this weapon on wheels?
