On the subject of slavery in my country I sometimes think of the hurt and pain inflicted on my fellow man...surely one of those hurts must be is the separation from a child or loved one to never see them again or never learn of their whereabouts...or what happened to them

I would simply ask the question of those protesting that flag - Do you understand what that flag truly represented when it was designed and used?

This explains it well...https://www.pbs.org/opb/historydetectives/feature/causes-of-the-civil-war/

It's a great escape from reruns.  I would like to see the Bristol race moved to Saturday night and run under the virtual lights.  I would also really like a nascar iracing race at North Wilksboro if they can finish the track before we go back "actual" racing. I'm pretty sure that would be a crowd pleaser for young and old fans as well as the drivers.

I haven't watched any of these races yet but it sounds like they are pretty cool.  Maybe put the Cup cars on a dirt track or some track they never have raced at to build fanbase.  How about race the Glen with the boot!  How about a race on an F1 circuit?  The Texas track?  Eldora?  Knoxville?  Syracuse!
I think I would actually pay to watch the Cup cars on dirt

Racing Discussion / Favorite comments on RaceNY
« on: 04 Feb, 2020 06:40 »
Over time there have been posts I classify as classic...in my case I found them to be hilarious...here they are as I recall.

IIRC Canadian Fan stated that "us here on RaceNY remind him of the neighbors downstairs, always fighting and arguing."

The other one which I laff about every time it comes to mind was Chris Z.'s response to the question..."What's the worst thing to happen to Modified Racing in the Southern Tier?"  His response..."Frank Lopke"

What's yours?

I'm curious....anyone have firsthand knowledge of an instance where the use of a tire softener led to tire failure?

I believe the House will impeach him but the Senate wont take it any further.

Question:  My perception is racing (late models) is alive and well north of the border....yes? no?  If yes, what contributes to the success there vs. here?
