In the closing minute's of December 2020, Speedway management and representative Pete Tiezzi from Whelen Engineering were able to arrange an agreement which will make Whelen the 'Official Safety Lighting Supplier of New York International Raceway Park' beginning in 2021!
This multi year agreement will include the addition of 8 of 'state of the art' caution light fixtures that will catch the drivers eye as they battle around the famed 1/2 mile! New safety lighting for the 2021 pace vehicle along with additions to the well known speedway safety vehicles!
Whelen Engineering has been an industry leader for safety lighting in motorsports for decades besides already known as a global leader in the emergency warning industry that one sees on the roads all across America each and every day!
