Racing Discussion / Inex Sanction Complete for Shang II

Great news Shang II has completed the final steps and been approved by the INEX Sanctioning Series. The first points race will be Sunday May 29th as part of the Richie Evans Memorial Event.  We look forward to working with the Legend teams and making changes to purses and hosting some major events, these guys put there heart and sole into racing and we want to be part of there racing series. Welcome to the Palace of Speed.

Racing Discussion / Open Practice at Shang II May 21st and 28th

We will be holding open practice Sat. the 21st and Sat. 28th from noon to 6 p.m. Pit pass required at $20.00 per person entering the pit area. Talked with Jody today and he will be there with tires for the Mods,Sportsman's, and Super Stocks   (1320's & 30's and 1070's)

Jody Buckley has done it again The Mod Tires for the May 29th race 1320's and 1330's only $150 each, over a $25 savings per tire or a $100 savings on a set of four. How long has it been sense you guys payed $150 for a tire ? I can't remember when.
Call Jody today and let him know your needs if you want to pick these tires up early. We will use this same tire at our other two events, and don't forget guys the Sportsman and Super Stocks are on all 6 of our events so you might want to get your 1070's also.

Racing Discussion / Shang II Late Models Purse

There's been a few inquiries on the purse for the late models and the distance of travel to Shang II. Our purse was based on 8 to 10 cars which seeme  to be the norm for the surrounding tracks with the car counts. So here's my challenge to the late models, I know they are running Mahoney, Lancaster,
Adirondack's and I'm sure I missed some. Lets see how many will commit to running Shang II and if we can see a field of 15 to 17 cars we will make an adjustment to the purse. Just give me a little help and we can make this work. If your going to try to come add your name on this topic.
