Racing Discussion / Thanks RoC Officials RoC Late Model 50
« on: July 22, 2013, 09:29:27 AM »
We would like to thank Chris Zacharias and the RoC officials for working so hard to setup the RoC Late Model 50. We have been out of racing for some time now, and we have missed it!!  This gave us a chance to dig out the Ole Late Model, Our goal was to have some fun, meet up with ole friends and give my Grandson a chance to watch his Dad race for the first, they were both very excited and so was I. We have never raced at Oswego before, our driver quickly adapted to the track, as we know he would, and we worked hard to get the ole car up to speed, where we felt it would give us a top 10 or better. But the wreck in turn 2 on the start of the race in front of our car took us out, small hole in the radiator.  We found the RoC officials very friendly and helpful, and hopefully they will give the Late Models a shot again next season. Or maybe some place to race!  Other then that we had a great time, thanks again ROC!

We planning on making the show with the ole Late Model. It will feel good to get her out and shake off the dust, and clean out the cobwebs  :)

Oh my Brent you have John Flock with you! Keep track of him, he has tendencies to lose his keys, raid coolers and every now and then chase the ladies, he's a party animal!
Again wishing the best, the boys and I will be watching!! Will be checking for your updates.

Brent wish you all the best at Daytona!
