My experience with RS scanners, you manually access channel #, press Program, enter frequency, press Enter, press Delay. If that doesn't work try pressing program, enter freq, press Program. I got rid of my RS scanner because it was a pain in the butt to program especially if you used the ease of programming a Uniden unit.

Hello everyone,  A first time poster here.  I was prompted by a user of our service to get involved in this thread.  If any are interested in the driver frequencies, we do have a list for the ROC.  Our last update for the list was last season so some frequencies may be out-dated.  I am working on getting someone to do an update.

I was beginning to develop a complex and considering a session with my shrink to find out wh my emails were going unanswered. :'(

If they weren't accepting new members, maybe disabling the register link or posting a message stating what's going on would be the route I would have taken.
