PRAYERS AND WELL WISHES FOR ILL RACING FREIND

LONG TIME FREIND AND RACER FROM THE EARLY SEVENTIES AT SHANGRI-LA AND FIVE MILE, CECIL KING IS IN INTENSIVE CARE AT LOURDES. WAS IN AN INDUCED COMA LAST WEEK AND IS NOW WEEK BUT HOPEFULLY RECOVERING.

No they aren't related.He does have a brother Tom who drove the#21 SS at Shangri La in the 80s.

FROM ANOTHER RACING FREIND I HEARD CECIL IS AWAKE AND MOVED OUT OF ICU TO HIS OWN ROOM. HE IS TALKING ON THE PHONE A LITTLE, SO IT SOUNDS BETTER THAN WHEN I STARTED THIS POST.
