The event is being promoted Ron Bennett, owner of the facility and his manager, Gordon Becker. It is a date and a return of stock car racing to the facility after a one-year absence from all traditional stock car racing events at the Western New York facility.

The Series premier event, the 70th Annual Race of Champions 250, will once again take place in North East, Pa., at the beautiful Lake Erie Speedway where fans in attendance witnessed an exciting event in 2019, when Matt Hirschman of Northampton, Pa., recorded his record setting 7th win in the prestigious event. Lake Erie will also host another event on Saturday, June 27 as a kickoff to the July 4th holiday weekend.(For more information visit www.lakeeriespeedway.com)

https://www.evergreenracewaypark.com/schedule

Sundays only this year - April 26, May 17,  June 14, July 19, Aug 9, Sept 13 and Oct 18

Plus add in some Mahoning races - http://www.mahoningvalley-speedway.com/schedule.html

Saturdays, April 3, May 30,  June 20, Aug 22, Oct 3

Looks like a large number of PA races for me

So what could the ROC schedule look like?  Always fun to take some guesses as what it could look like

Based on rumors, past schedules, and what I've actually read -

Saturday, May 2 or May 16  - Chemung

Friday,  May 29 or June 5 - Spencer

Saturday, June 27 - Lake Erie

Saturday, July 18 - Holland

Friday, July 31  - Spencer

Saturday, Aug 15 - Chemung

Friday, Sept 4 - Spencer

Saturday, Sept 26 - Lake Erie

Saturday, Oct 3 - Mahoning

Again, all Spencer dates are guesses, and Chemung's schedule hasn't been released yet, so sort of guesses there too.

I haven't heard any good rumors  of a 2nd date at Holland other than what I read up here,.. But if true, where do you think it would go in the schedule?

Hoping maybe Mahoning can move up their june 27 race a week  earlier - since the ROC rescheduled the Lake Erie race to that date.  I hate conflicts lol

Hoping that means we will see some modified races at Spencer in 2020. Shows have been pretty good of late that I have seen.

Far from NY, but does any one know if Myrtle Beach is going to go back and add the modifieds to their fall show in 2020. I know they were dropped last year.

That June 6 race date at Erie will be up against the Whelen Tour at Seekonk. Which probably means a few less cars at Erie.
