has anyone ran in 2nd gear and if so how did it work out.

hi i can give you the gear ratios if needed  for a 3 speed and a 4 speed.

ran them for a couple years in 2nd gear  lost 5 or 6 of them . switched  rear gear and ran third gear never lost 1. 2nd gear is much thinner than third so does not hold up as long.
