So let me get this strait the group of people that were supposed to gather up lap money didnt do it so u cancel the race because u dont have the money to pay the purse? Last time I looked the lap money isnt counted as purse money. And all the other classes that got dropped is that on the guy with the lap money also. But then again this is batavia we are talking about. Same thing as last yr when they pocketed the lap money and never paid it out. Maybe that had something to do with this years deal? The place got worse after jim left. The track was also in December shape but the show was ran horriably. They dont have a promoter, the things the tech is funny at best. If she doesn't want to put on the races anymore then maybe its time to back away and let some on take over that is in it for the long haul and respectful to the races. I mean there are a ton of cry babies that go there but if there was a person in placethat would stand there ground and was respected it would turn around. And another thing I have heard is that the banquet is going to be alot later this yr and will be something small I hope they dont cut the points money because the 50/50 was good on alot of nights. And I dont wanna hear have u ever promoted a track or I dont know what goes on. There was aleays a great crowd there and alot of food being sold. Its not the racers problem to come up with the money they already pay enough to put on the show.the reason for all of this is to show that the shpw was cancelled because of lies not because of the reason they are telling everyone. But tou can xome bring your car and pay 30 dollars on the 18th to practice to help pay for the purses that day but the hell with you want in to race that just out of the question even though u supported the track all season long
