I'm sure it will come up but the guy has won their before and will again he has a fast hot rod can't take that away from him and his team.I truly feel he will get the same treatment as the rest only because he knows all eyes are waiting for a call to be made. Guys race at there own tracks every week and it work just fine. Hey on a positive nobody can say he didn't make our race place into a fine looking speedway. Now let's hope he has lots of focus on the clay that's all that's lacking but its only week 1 he will get it

I'm sure I'll take flack, but, I never liked the idea of a guy that owns or promotes a speedway to race there or own a car that races there. Seems like a huge conflict waiting to happen.

Yeah, as svr said, Larry Wight runs both his father's tracks. The Spoonhower clan runs Thunder Mountain, and it's owned by a Spoonhower. I believe there is a Harpell who races Five Mile Point, one announces, one does the track prep, and one owns it. Nepotism at it's finest, some say, but I don't think Tyler and Jordan are out of line for running at Dundee.

Thank god someone bought it and didn't let yet another race track run in to the ground after every last dime gets milked out of it and let it close. I love to see the motivation and excitement from a new owner. That place needed a shot in the arm. So what if he races there. I'm sure every thing he does will be under a microscope. If he f-s up, he will get destroyed on social media. Im sure someone will eventualy B*tch. That is one thankless Job!. How about if you see him give him a big smile and a thank you for saving the place.

What orange18 said sums it up. That sort of thing goes way back, I mean the Bodines even ran at their own track. Nothing new or unique about it. Everything I hear is nothing short of positive about the new management/owners. Just glad it got saved, I was just waiting for the axe to fall the last few years, and if it had closed I doubt it would have ever re-opened. If all people are worried about them running their own track, that place has it made.
