I'm pulling apart a 7.5 rear. Any suggestion in pulling out the one axle with a bent c clip and the spool wont pull over the axle far enough to get the c clip out.Is there any possible way to do this without destroying the axle or carrier?

Yes, stop using Clip type rear ends, and use a mini spool.

the mini spool i was using i still needed to use the c clip. Do they make a mini spool that you dont need c clips for the 7.5 rear
i know they make them for the 8.5 rear
