it wont sell for more than 1.5 right now its distressed property unless they rezone for condos.

The owners must not want to sell it that bad with a sticker price like that...I would like to see how they can substantiate that figure and show what your return on investment is. If I'm spending a few million I am getting a solid return...or at least some potential for return. I read this stuff and its ludicrous.... no....ridiculous.... The business is worthless cause its failing and the property is approximately 29000 an acre listed and is limited by the rock base underneath....let's see how this rolls in a few months...

It only takes 1 Fool with the money. Dont we all when we sell something put a high $ amount out there just in case that 1 fool says, "Sounds Good".

who is the actual owner of the place currently? I've always understood that Ralph was a tenant. I used to wonder if it was a tax write off for a legal firm.

It is owned by a company called Lancaster concessioneers.  The owner of that company died a few ago. I'm not sure who owns it now. But you are correct Ralph leases the property.
If I owned the property id be *****. Because the property is worth less $$$$ when a Tennant claims it isn't making any money. According to reports on line the track has an annual gross income of $180,000. Its tough to justify 2.3 million if that's all its grossing.

thanks Joe-asking price seems way overboard. I wonder if it is sold for other uses, if the land has to be (for lack of a better word) decontaminated?. I used to wonder about leaching too from the dump next door.

The stadium is going to be downtown by the sabres stuff and thw new harbor center. Pegula is going to get a sign made up saying welcome toe Pegula land.
