So why are you not there Holland? Too expensive for a hotel, travel, couldn't get time off work, family say you  spend your summer at the track and need to stay home in the off season, saving your money for the regular season? Getting a team to race in the south during the off season for no points for a week is a tough sell. Something like nine less cars then NASCAR at their biggest race of the year. Good field of mods. Side note- I don't know of any mod teams in Canada. If there is any it is very few.

Touring series have helped to build classes and other times take them down. Tough times

Contradicting yourself with the APC. They are not supers, I believe they are called limited which are the top weekly class at Ontario tracks. Flamboro's numbers were slightly up this (fairly sure), no idea about the other tracks

I haven't followed it very close and have no scoops. I believe they have their head line races sorted out but support classes are still in the works.

FACT.....Track owner wanted to pay cash at end of US OPEN... FACT....Track owner knew guys weren’t getting paid from previous races. FACT..... old theory “rob Peter to pay Paul” .. VITO + 2

The track had a deal with roc and broke their contract and the racers haave been paid as far as we know. Considering the state of asphalt racing I would support both on a race by race basis.

Lancaster is similar to last year. Run their own modifieds 5ish times, no roc.
Holland, heard two races, no details, not roc

Glad you got to go racing but your explanation is bullshIT

To whom are you addressing this comment? Leadfoot?  His story is not unusual, and certainly not bull$hit.  There is only so much time and money to go around, and eventually you run out of one or the other.  He gave it a good shot.

Thanks, "bakes"!

"canuck5902", how many race cars have YOU put out on the track??

Lighten up fellas and have a look at the comment directly above mine.

If your correct they would have four hours to dry the track, a track with a history of water seeping through the cracks. Nobody has many laps at this track this year and many have hardly driven at all this year so practice is still necessary for all divisions. Also have to consider that the track crew has seen little action this year as well as green owners. The event could have easily ran much worse.

His teammate has had him covered all year.

Any idea what "qualifying" means? Pretty sure the supers always run heats and no time trials.
