cant get a password and user name for old form but yet no one uses the new one what is the deal?

My first post. Have been watching this site and thought the same. We'll guess i'm second for the first time. Weather to be close to 50 in conklin, NY so time to see if the new power plant will run and ***** off the neighborhood.
