It says right above the photos on the cover who they are along with being Dave Lukowski Photos from 1983.

Merv Treichler and Allan Johnson up top. I can spot Jack Johnson 12a, Charlie Rudolph 72, Brett Hearn 20 down below. Other numbers hard to discern.
