Drumroll please...

IT WAS THE INTAKE!!!  Not sure how or why, but we took the 2101 off this week and went back to a cast iron Canadian...  Skip, all I can say is- YOU DA MAN!

The intake is also one of the few things shared between both motors... could it be cracked?

Haven't found any cracks yet, but I WILL pay to have it magnafluxed...  I wonder if it's possible that I tightened it down too much, as I didn't use a torque wrench...   ???
