ANNUAL WOODHULL RACEWAY AWARDS BANQUET SET FOR SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 2013.

Corning Catering to host the event held at the Watson Homestead.

(Woodhull, NY)  For the first time ever the Watson Homestead in East Campbell, NY will be the host location for the Woodhull Raceway Awards Banquet.  With seating capabilities of up to 350 the Watson Homestead makes a perfect setting for the Annual Woodhull Raceway gala event.

All of Woodhull’s 6 weekly classes of competition track champions will be honored along with the remainder of the top 10 in the final point tally.  In addition the Rookie of the Year Awards, Sportsmanship Awards, Media and Dedication to Motorsports among other presentations will be made throughout the evening.

According to Woodhull Raceway track owner, Ted White, “We want to get the banquet into the books early.  Our racers have worked hard all season and it is our obligation to have them receive their awards and point fund money in a timely manner.”

Tickets will be available and will be sold at the track each race night beginning September 7, 2013 until the season comes to a conclusion on Saturday, September 29, 2013.  After that time tickets can be purchased thru the mail by sending a self addressed and stamped envelope along with a check for the correct amount of tickets to the address posted below.

As in past years Corning Catering will be providing a mouth watering buffet style meal.

Social Hour begins at 5:00 with dinner, awards and music to follow.

Tickets are priced the same as in the past few years at $30 per person and only 350 tickets will be sold with a cut off date of October 26.  No tickets will be sold after that date and no tickets will be sold at the door!

The management of the Woodhull Raceway along with Corning Catering is pleased to announce that a limited number of rooms will be available at the Watson Homestead for overnight accommodations at a price of $75.00 per room.  Rooms may be reserved by calling Watson Homestead at 607-962-0541 and ask for Donna.  Watson Homestead is located on Dry Run Road in Campbell, NY, just off Steuben County Rt. 26.  Take the Coopers Plains exit off I86.
