methanol vs. pump gas

ok here is the issue some drivers want meth some want gas for the micro sprints ,lets hear what the greater good has to say. thanks SRPSprints

Methanol is cheaper, cleaner, engines run cooler, which creates more durability. I'd run methanol over gas every day. Even though you use more than you would gas, it's still cheaper.

Engine wise, nothing, A majority of the changes will be in carburetion or injectors. You will have to run a top lube because the methanol is more corrosive and has no lubrication properties in it. Other than that, you don't have to make any changes to the internals.

SRPSprints is staying with our original plan of pump gas only ,with fuel cell no hose clamps no exposed fuel lines ,fire wall ,fuel shut off and fire extinguisher within reach.with the possible addition of a backbone type bar over the tail section. thanks SRPSprints
