8''rims is the way to go but the downfall is with hollands width rule it would make the car wider due to the tire and rim combination, therefore you would have to go to a 2" or a 3" offset all the way around instead of 1" offset to achieve track width rule. It will probably be close with the 7" rim and the new tire, did any one check on this? Good luck

its not that much id rather haver ture stabilty and overall performance and tire to track contact ill loose an inch of back space over that. im at 75" of track width with 8" hoosiers with 2" back space on a 112 car waiting on when i can buy the goodyears:)

with a 8" rims and 2" offset on a 108 car its right at rule width. They will most likely be staying with 7" rims for now
