The Trump effect

There are consequences when someone who is supposed to lead conducts himself as Trump has.  What in the world is he thinking?

I watched the above video, all 3 minutes and 18 seconds of it, and waited for "the bomb"......the big secret of why Trump has demoralized the CIA and it's personnel. It never came. It was one man's vague speech, which seemed to hinge primarily on his displeasure with Trump's choice of venue, to give a speech (a CIA memorial wall). After that, he sort of explained how the CIA disseminates intelligence to the President and his cabinet, nothing more, nothing less.....

If you're okay with the location of Trump's choice of words...no further need to discuss.
