Black 22 is Dave Lape I believe.  The 30 looks familiar but can't think of it.

Yes it is kenny brightbill, I believe it was the blue hen special. He won syracuse in like 87 or 88 with that car. Then he drove the famous #1 of Billy Taylor for a year I believe.

Correct on the Kenny Brightbill #30...the picture w/ Dave Lape has Lou "the Monk" lazzaro on the outside and the bottom picture is Chuck Akulis, who i believe at this time is involved w/ the Capital Region Sprint Agency

This one is from 1981...It's a gimme on the top...but I left the name on the bottom picture as i couldn't make it out...maybe someone else will have better luck...photo credits look to be Lukowski and Judge?

Looks like a Rudolph car (the white one) but the 7 is in the wrong spot. The yellow car is........................in trouble!!!
