GUARANTEED STARTING SPOTS TO OCTOBER CUP CHAMPIONSHIP WEEKEND AT FIVE MILE ON THE LINE TUESDAY AT YATES COUNTY FOR THE MODIFIEDS AND SPORTSMAN;  TWO $300 FOUR CYLINDER WINNERS AS WELL

DUNDEE, NY…Yates County Speedway in Dundee will play host to a Big Block/Small Block Shootout this Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.and will be joined by the Race of Champions Sportsman Series and the Four Cylinders.  The Modified and Sportsman feature winners will receive guaranteed starting spots for the Cup Championship Weekend, to be held at Five Mile Point Speedway in October.  There will also be two $300 winners in the Four Cylinder division on Tuesday night.
   The 50 lap Modified feature will pay the winner $3,000 on Tuesday at Yates County, formerly Black Rock, Speedway.  In addition that driver will take home a guaranteed starting spot in the Modified portion of the Cup Championship Weekend on Saturday, October 11th at Five Mile Point Speedway.  That race pays a minimum of $5,500 to win and $500 to take the green.
   There are other incentives on the line for the Modifieds on Tuesday.  The highest finishing driver from Five Mile Point, Penn Can, Woodhull, Utica Rome and Canandaigua, will receive a $100 bonus.
   The RoC Sportsman winner on Tuesday night will also have additional incentive.  The winner of the 30 lap feature will not only take home the $1,000 top prize, but will also receive a guaranteed starting spot in the Sportsman portion of the Cup Championship Weekend at Five Mile Point.  That race will take place on Friday, October 10th and will pay $2,000 to the winner.
   Crate Sportsman are encouraged to compete on Tuesday night.  They will be vying for Crate bonuses of $100, $50 and $25 to the top three Crates across the line.  They will also have a 100 pound weight break over the open Sportsman.   In addition, the top five drivers in the Crate Sportsman standings at Yates County will receive a provisional, should they not make the show.  The rules are posted on the Yates County Speedway Facebook page.
   The Four Cylinders will also be in competition in an open event. Rear Wheel and Front Wheel drive Four Cylinders will compete together for the $300 top prize.  The race is also open to the Four Cylinders that compete at Brewerton.  They are allowed to run a racing tire, which is not allowed weekly at Yates County.  Therefore we will pay two winners the $300 top prize.  The first car across that is Yates County legal will take home $300 and the first Brewerton type car with racing tires across the line will pocket $300 for their efforts.
   It all takes place this Tuesday night at Yates County Speedway .  Pit gates open at 5:00 p.m., grandstand gates at 5:30 p.m. and race time is 7:30 p.m.   The track is located on Route 14A in Dundee, New York.  For further information look us up on Facebook or log onto our website at yatescountyspeedway.com.

The type five in the Sportsman race pays $1,000, $600, $400, $250, $200.  It's $100 to take the green.  Sportsman feature will be first.

Has anyone seen a pit price for tonight?  I hear grandstands are $18, but I haven't heard anything about pit price.  Can't find it on the website either.

Kids 5 and under are Free

PIT ADMISSION PRICES:
- Yates County Speedway Members - $30
- Temporary Members - $35

Modifieds:
Tire Information:
Tire Options: American Racers
Right rear: SD48
Left rear: SD 38 or SD44
Left front: SD33
Right front: SD33 or harder

General Rules: The standard for motor, body, chassis and safety rules are
based on ’04 dirt rules.

Weight Info: Big Block Modifieds – min. 2,500 lbs. no tolerance. (’04 dirt legal)
Small Block Modifieds – min. 2,400 lbs. no tolerance. Max. 361 c.i.
SB2 heads permitted but must weigh Big Block weight (2,500 lbs.)
Small Blocks with dome pistons must weigh minimum of 2,450 lbs
NO mixing and matching of rules.

NO SAIL PANELS!!

RoC Sportsman:
Tire Information: Tire Options: American Racers Right rear: any American Racer Modified legal tire… Left rear: any American Racer Modified legal tire… Left front: SD33 or harder Right front: SD33 or harder (no block tread or Late Model tires permitted – must be a compound used at a weekly track)
