FREE Fan Pit Pass Upgrades Available for Weedsport’s Empire State Challenge through May 15

 

WEEDSPORT, NY (May 14, 2019) – Free Fan Pit Pass upgrades are available for Weedsport Speedway’s A-Verdi Storage Containers Empire State Challenge, featuring the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series, through Wednesday, May 15.

Fans purchasing a reserved seat for Sunday’s event by May 15 are eligible to visit the Fan Pit Pass upgrade table across from the Gearbox apparel store to redeem their promotional coupon and enter the pit area.  The Fan Pit Pass upgrade table will open when the speedway’s main gates open at 5 p.m. on Sunday.

General camping is also still available for the weekend and can be purchased online.

Watch Donny Schatz, Brad Sweet, Daryn Pittman, David Gravel, Carson Macedo and the rest of the Outlaws battle for the right to be called Empire State Challenge champion, in the Outlaws only stop to the state of New York in 2019.

Pit gates will open on Sunday at 4 p.m., with grandstand gates swinging open at 5 p.m.  Hot laps will take the green at 6:15 p.m., with time trials at 6:30 p.m. and racing at 7p.m.

Reserved tickets are $37, with adult general admission seating set at $32.

Kids 11-17 will be admitted for $15 with kids 10 and under FREE.

Pit admission for the evening is $42.

A midway party will take place behind the main grandstand beginning at 5 p.m., featuring the music of Chasing Neon.

The Stirling Lubricants/Champion Racing Oil Modified Series will join the World of Outlaws on the racing card with a 35-lap, $3,000 to win event, featuring some of the biggest names in Big Block racing including Matt Sheppard, Larry Wight, Billy Decker, Jimmy Phelps, Erick Rudolph and more.
