90's or earlier Holland Speedway car/sponsor question
« on: August 05, 2019, 12:56:35 AM »
We were having a little trivia session before the Chemung race this weekend and one question stumped us all.

Does anyone remember which Holland Speedway Driver had Previty's Auto Wrecking as their sponsor?

(I'm picturing a silver hood maybe black or dark brown car) I am pretty sure that I have a picture of it somewhere...just thought it might a little faster if I post it on here.

Thanks

Cool, thank you.  We remembered Perry's on his car, we forgot that he had Previty's.  Thanks again.

Mark Bliss also had Previty's as a sponsor on his Charger (rear quarter panel).

Mark Bliss had it on the 77 Charger (was pictured in the History of Holland Speedway book).

Also pictured in the book was 2 different Schwab cars; First one, possibly a red and white car #86 with Previty sponsor on the rear quarter (the pic is black and white, looks like his deck lid was black and the other colors were lighter in tone, found those today).

Second picture, victory lane, zoomed in, Black 86, you can make out the "S" on the rear quarter.  The Perry's logo was located in front of the car #, toward the "rear of the front fender" (where the contingency decals would be) and also on the hood.  He also had Previty's on his fire-suit (right side) and 89 86 Racing on the left side.

Thanks again for helping answer the trivia question, much appreciated.
