What dirt tracks would you suggest NASCAR utilize?  I'm having a hard time thinking of an existing facility that could seat at least 50,000 people (if not more).

Does NAPCAR even get 50,000 people anymore (pre-Covid)?

When NASCAR was great, they didn't have to worry about competing with any other sport.  As a former fan who can't even stomach it anymore, NASCAR's schedule doesn't need to change - NASCAR itself does.

I think the top 3 or 4 redraw in heats if you win the week before 13th is the best you can start correct me if I'm wrong.

I've thought the same thing for years, though I know it's only a pipe dream.   Hotels in the area, huge parking lot, ample seating, campgrounds down the road, right off the thruway, near Land of Legends.... almost has the makings to be a good fit, minus the surface. 

Has anyone sent one off for battery replacement?  Where did you send it and was it reasonable?

On top of the coverage on the secondary channels that many don't get, coming from a guy who was a diehard NASCAR fan in the 90's, my personal opinion is that it has become so homogenized and lacks character in this era.  Brian France has let it become Jerry Springer-esqe.  How often did you see a "fight" (which usually results in a headlock or pushing that the commentators try to stir up as a huge deal) back in the 90's or early 2000's?  How many of these drivers nowadays have individual personalities rather than looking like they belong on the cover of a GQ magazine and come into the sport with some type of college degree?  Gritty, old-school tracks were replaced with generic 1 1/2 mile tracks that all look vaguely the same.  I think the blue-collar aspect back in the 80's and 90's appealed to many, and that has left in place of mainstream coverage - the empty seats in the stands and dwindling ratings speak for themselves.
