Ok , I got a 350 .40 over with cast flattop pistons, I also have a fresh set of dart iron eagle 180 runner heads milled to 60 cc. This is gonna be a street/strip car, What do i need to do to make the best out of it ? How much would i gain by doin a stroker kit ?
C;mon i need some idea;s !! Please ! Oh ya I'm not super rich either !!!

Strokers are easy and cheap way to gain HP and torque. A 383 would be your best bet but not sure it flat tops will give you the compression you need.

do some research get yourself a better set of heads to start need a good 200 cc runner even the older 64 cc 202 heads from the factory would work better get a good matched set out of a junk yard start out with 70-80 gms and match the numbers if possible and i wouldnt go stoking anything unless you plan on buying a shortblock for 3400 to many things for the average guy to check cut and assemble

your 180cc dart head is much superior to anything GM made in a factory cylinder head. I would use them but compression ratio will be around 10.8 - 1 and will need some good fuel.

200cc heads will make more power overall but they sacrifice torque if this is a street engine or an auto transmission.

Like John says the DART heads are good, stroker would be better but expensive. I would go with the performer RPM intake, 700-750 carb (probably Demon), and a medium sized hydraulic roller cam, and roller rockers. This would be a stout combo.
