Lancaster will be fine, Oswego and Perry have drawn good crowds and car counts... I’m sure the open shows will do fine too... hey Canuck who will be running with us at Cayuga now that the mods are off the schedule??

I agree too.. the NYS mod series races do suck at Oswego and the crowds and car counts show that.. Both NASCAR races have been exciting and have had more than full fields, not to mention HUGE crowds.. also 10 winners out of 12 features with full fields of supers was nice this year.

Sadly I think this ship has sailed.. I miss those ROC weekends too..I don’t think the Torrese Bro’s want it or need it.I personally think the NASCAR mod show is a bigger and better race and the increased crowd and competition has proved it.The brothers like Jody’s ambition and effort he puts into his gigs,and the sportmods guys like going to Oswego ( same with the stock car guys) not to mention racing for a fair purse that you know will be paid in a timely manor.Hopefully the XMR Series will be successful in their inaugural race,I’m sure they will be..

Modified racing in WNY has been in dismay for the last few years.Outrageous tire prices,high sanction fees,less than full fields ,guys not getting paid till weeks and months later,inflated egos etc... Modified racing has shown growth and potential in the New England states(Tri Track Series) ,with full fields and larger purse structures. BIG changes coming soon locally, should be a great start to the new year...😀

Pssss....Looking like 3 mod races..Bill Colton race,Tommy Tony,US Open..also a few other regular shows with the support divisions.Payouts the nite of ( instead of months later) A much cheaper Hoosier tire, and NO high ROC sanction fees. Press release and schedule coming  soon.. Looking like a Happy News Year for local WNY modified racing , after the last few years of dismay..

Looks like Lancaster will run four to five Mod races on their own next year, an they are looking for a GM to run the shows.Hearing a couple names tossed out as possible candidates and both seem like good choices.The word from Gunnville Rd seems to be that 2020 will include NO ROC affiliation....The Brand police have been getting Facebook posts deleted ,not going to happen here...more info to come... and a very merry Christmas to all 😜

Crazy ride home from Jersey and hope everyone made it safe..A six hour ride turned into a white knuckle 8hr tour.. Kudos to my pal Kluth as it’s always a pleasure racing Turkey Derby with you and Puddin..Matt Swanson can wheel a Mod and working with the Boehler crew is priceless.Great run for Andy J with a top ten.Who would have thought the last 75 would go green...
