did it rain last night or what? usually there is a quick results link on the site when we get home from the track. nothing yet today, here, or on the 5mp site.
i ain't going over to that face place where all of the info can be found, or so i hear.
so maybe someone reading here on face new york was there and could fill in the blank.

thank you to all of the fans, fellow racers, track workers and officials from every track around, our sponsors, along with friends and enemies for congratulating burt, dawn, and i after the race win at 5 mile this past saturday.
given the circumstances at hand my thoughts were, if laughter is the best medicine, winning must be the next best thing. i haven't seen burt with that look on his face in awhile.
to make it even more special the victory lanes happened at a time when billy, mitch and jake could make it over for a picture. we even had time to get hope over for the pics to.

got a couple of youth helmets. size small. one silver, black graphics. the other is blue with black and white graphics. both have same design.
both full face with shields with tear off posts. snell rated 2010. one used 6-8 times the other used once.
$50 each.

6 racing karts. all have removable cages. 2 with quick change set up for raceday. lots of parts both new and used. 15+ motors. all karts have the quick change motor plates and extra plates for the extra motors, over $5oo in these alone. change motors in less than 2 minutes with ease.
everything i have for karting can be had for $4,000. Thats just $750 each on the karts and $500 for the extras.
there are stands, tools, helmets, tachs, electric starters and safety equipment. 2 animal motors and many flat heads, and clones.
great investment chance here. i can easily make more piecing this stuff out but want it gone. you could buy this stuff keep what you want and sell the leftovers and go racing for free in the end with this investment.

once i inventory all of this and list it separately this total offer will end. the right person could double the bucks invested with a little time.

thursday rny poster fogey43 passed on. anyone who knew mr. coveney took to bob instantly. bob also was the animal and flathead track champion this past season. bobs health issues lasted for years but he always had a smile and one heck of a sense of humor as he raced his karts and took in many other events. i always went right to his seating area to find him at shang 2 knowing we would have a good time.
i will always remember him for his driving spirit.
i saw him push himself across the finish line for a feature win with his right hand as he steered with his left after breaking a chain in the final turn at wvmp.
race on in heaven bob, you will be missed here on earth.

  during qualifying for the trucks yesterday 2 trucks had identical times. i think they both did it on lap one of the qualifying run. to break the tie nascar went to owner points. what does that have to do with qualifying? common sense would suggest you use the "other" qualifying lap time to break the tie, afterall it is qualifying right? owner points shouldn't factor in to the lineup in my book. what your thoughts?

Dunn Hill 2 Speedway practice, the first round, will be today. gates open at noon with cars set to hit the track at 2. Pit pass is $20 and grandstand is FREE. Come on out and find the things you forgot to tighten before the first race! Or come on out and see who forgot to tighten what if you choose the grandstand side.
Lots of changes made in the off season with more to come.
The concession stand on the hill will be open.
