 This Friday September 8th when the lights turn on over Skyline Raceway Park in Virgil New York it will be Championship Night on the sophomore season for Dean Catlin under the control of the track! Catlin and his team have done everything they can to give the fans the ultimate racing experience to draw larger car counts and quality drivers to the 3/8 Bullring nestled in the Country Hills of Virgil New York. This Friday night will not be an exception as Catlin has introduced draw redraw format with most of the area race tracks being off this Friday there's expected to be a huge field of cars at Skyline as the race for the championship is winding down. The action on the racetrack is sure to be a crowd favorite several Southern Tier teams have made it their intent to compete at Skyline this Friday night including the likes of Nick Nye in his potent 6nn Crate Sportsman along with Jackson Pennsylvania's Mike Nagel Jr multi time feature winner on the 2017 racing season to mix in with Skylines regular Heavy Hitters Stacy Jackson, Pat Jordan, Young Gun Garrett Rushlow and Greg Doust with a whole host of top Skyline Crate contenders. The Open Sportsman's in the last 4 weeks haven't seen a different winner since Candor New York's Brian White made the decision to call Skyline Raceway his Friday night home. Whites taking the quicks logging 56 to the Lane in his last four attempts the staff and management of Skyline Raceway have put $100 bounty on the Open Sportsman who can beat Brian White while he's still on the lead lap if White happens to win again this Friday the Bounty will double to $200 and roll over to the turbo blue weekend! Dont forget the Rookie/Novice Division will be having a Special Friday night.With $225 on the line. A full 7 division show can be seen for only $11 General grandstand admission. Don't forget this week will be having Car Load for $25 in Grandstands. Lanson Albanese from Pop's Automotive has put up an extra $100 to the Street Stock winner this Friday night to bring the street stock winners share to $600 and with the gamblers fee collected throughout the racers in the pit area the Open and Crate winners can easily exceed $1,000 this Friday night. If you haven't made the trip up to Skyline Raceway Park in 2017 this Friday night is a great time to take in the multi grooved racing as it provides wheel to wheel racing action like no other! In event of rainy weather Skyline Raceway Park's Staff and management have already secured Sunday September 10th as a rain date. rained out,   we will be racing sunday .  gates open at 2  racing at 6

sorry my mistake..  racing starts at 4 pm
