Attention: Skyline Raceway Park and Woodhull Raceway PR

There is an imposter in your results.  :o

STACEY Jackson is actually STACY Jackson, driver of the Gennarelli Construction, K&B Catering, Realty USA/Faye Guild-Nash #22j TEO Pro Car 602 Crate Sportsman at Skyline.  ;)

That same STACY Jackson wheels the Gennarelli Construction, K&B Catering, Realty USA/Faye Guild-Nash #22j HigFab Small Block Modified at Woodhull Raceway.  ;)

This has got to be the most informative post in recent history here on raceny! Really, a whole thread for a slight misspelling of a first name. In close to 30 years of racing, you wouldn't believe how many variations of my last name there have been, and at the end of the day it just doesn't matter......... ;)

I just edited my post and put a winkey face at the end(or is it winky?). I may have misused the eye roll............Is this better?

I meant this post to be funny and sarcastic at the same time. So however you choose to edit your post is fine. And my last name has been absolutely murdered in the past as well.

Maybe I am too anal about it, but it seems to me, if you have a guy (or girl, for that matter) leading the points at your track, racing there weekly, or has been a staple at your race track for DECADES, you should at least be courteous enough to spell the name correctly. (Even more so when you are friends with the guy on social media, and can see his name there, or simply look at the roof of the race car!)

Perfect example: Did you know Stu Sheppard was wheeling the 92s at Woodhull Wednesday night? Me, either, but that's what the announcer called him...  ::)

I think part of the problem is the way folks text nowadays. Just so you get the gist of the sentence, I'll ignore the spelling. When I first saw 2300's post, I thought that he may of just hit the wrong button. Then I literally laughed out loud and thought, oh, I see what you did there!!! 😀

Personally, I think it's just because people DGAF how the job gets done, just so it gets done. I don't blame text shorthand.
