Looking for base set up help on leafspring camaro

Hey I'm looking to see if anyone has any suggestions what to run for a base spring set up in a camaro at canandaigua. What length and rate in front and what rate in the rear.

We run at blackrock last year..First year I run leaf...200 rear 1000 front
