‘VICTORIA 200’ TO BE RUN AT UTICA-ROME SPEEDWAY ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 4TH
-Non-Qualifiers Race to Add Starting Positions to the Victoria Starting Field-
Vernon, N.Y. – (September 26, 2016) – The Ferris Mowers Race of Champions Dirt Modified Series fueled by Sunoco will race in the ‘Victoria 200’, a 55-lap $5,500 to win event on Tuesday, October 4th. The starting positions, which were set in May will be maintained, however, Race of Champions and Utica-Rome officials have agreed to open the field up to new entrants.
New participants will run in qualifying races to earn their way into the starting field. Those that qualify will start the race behind the already established field of 26 and earn a minimum of $250-to-start the race.
Gates will open for the Victoria 200 at 4:30pm with racing starting at 7:00pm.
