Xmt= Extra Money Race. Jody London and Dakota Packman are teaming up for a sportmod race at Oswego. I hope its the beginning of a new era of promoting that will take over racing in upstate and wny. It needs it really bad.

Becasue the rom relies heavily on adding sport mods to its field to make it look like they are getting more car count than they are. Nascar continues to slowly but steadily grow the Mods and bring them to new markets. At least when Harpell started letting them run with the tour he paid the top finishing sport mod a $500 bonus. Instead you have teams that still haven't been paid for races 3 months ago. Yip.....yip......yip.....

A $1,000 to start is just ONE race. All other nys tour races are $300 to start. And it takes someone outside of the series to bring in extra money for racers to benefit. Well, except this weekend where there is no lap money for the first time in recent memory. Dont hate me for posting facts you drunkin' monkey you!

I'm sure that got a phone call from the brand police!  It's actually a good play having memorial races. You get everyone else to do all the work to raise lap money and such. That way you can sign useless sponsors that don't pay anything to the racers (like new era cap). That way the guys that do show up can get yelled at and talked down to like scorned school children on why it's important to only support the r.o.m (race of memorials) and not any other modified series. Also pay $40 more for the exact same tire they run in new England for less than half the pay. At least he has the racers plastering all I've Facebook how awesome it I'd that he delivers fuel to racers garages. News flash: he profits off selling fuel and tires. That's like praising the pizza shop for delivering pizza. I don't kiss the delivery kids ***** by posting on facebook. I pay the little $hit $5 and close the door. The intimidation and corporate kiss ***** attitude will be the end all. Sorry but tour racing need a grass roots series where the traxks and the racers make money. Not for a guy that lives in Spaulding lakes. Don't like what I wrote? Kiss my *****. 607-343-7446 is my cell number.

That ship has sailed. Now it's about ruining 7 other divisions instead of focusing on a core product. Nothing left. Why split a 12 car field. Hope to get my kid dirt racing soon.

Just because you participate in a dangerous sport doesnt mean you shouldn't have to worry about insurance. You should not race at a track that does not have insurance. It's sad to think anyone would race without it. Case in point was a track worker at at track was hit by a flying wheel. Hurt  real bad. Track didn't have insurance. Guy had to file bankruptcy from his wheel chair and ruined his life. All because the track owner didn't want to spend $1500 for insurance for an event. Thats un acceptable. Their are certain things that a track owner/operator MUST have to operate. And the top of the list isninsurance. Their are only like 3 companies that offer race track insurance. I would rather slash purses and raise ticket prices then to go without insurance. I hit the wall at shang2 in 2011. Hospital bill was $25,000. Part was paid by my own insurance and the majority was paid by track ijsurance. If your a racer and you have a family and you go race at a track that doesnt have proper insurance you are risking your families future and that makes you an a1 @sshole. Play the tough guy role all you want. I want no tomatoes on my whopper when your working at burger King because your stupid decision cost you everything.

It really has nothing to do with free speech or 1st amemdment. They are a buisness. And they fall under the law of they can refuse service or admission to their place if buisness for no reason whatsoever. So what they are saying is you talk bad (you can per 1st amendment) they can not allow you access for that reason. That's all it really is. The only thing the free speech laws do is keep you from being jailed for talking bad about them. That's it. Yes you won't go to jail per your first amendment rights. They CAN keep you away from their own little world and not let you play in their sandbox.

The track did it's best when it was on Friday nights. The majority supports this move. They wouldn't have done it if nobody was going to show up. I think its great. Now we can do other stuff or go to other tracks for the rest of the weekend. Also It gives us the ENTIRE weekend to fox any major issues. It's just a simple case of not making everyone happy. I know of 5 families that will now support the track because nobody else run's on fridays. I know where I will be on Friday nights. Not sitting home wondering what's for dinner. I'll be eating track food!
