It is a Pinto car with a Mustang rack.  I do have a sweet rack also, though.
The engine was originally built by Hill and Sons Performance (in NC), although it has been freshened locally, including new pistons about 15 races ago.  It has the Bilstein shocks recommended by Troyer racecars, year old Beyea headers.  Car was run at both Lancaster and Wyoming County, with a couple of appearances at Holland.  The car was taken down to bare frame and rebuilt from the ground up prior to the '16 season, only raced twice in the '17 season.  It has been well maintained.  It is time, however to consider doing other things on weekends.  I would post a picture, but not tech savvy enough to do that.

You have a sweet rack or a sweet rack car? I would be interested in a 96 sweet rack chassis!

I have a Pinto chassis, but one of the spares that came with it is a Sweet rack.
