We will never know what role, if any, marijuana played in Kevin's death.

I couldn't agree more and that is why I think it stinks the DA's office in Ontario Co included

that in the public record.  Just rubs salt in the Ward family's wounds as it is.

I agree with moving on though but I didn't lose a close family member or friend.

This article brought out many good points but this needs to stop this is getting personal now and it don't need to be. Kevin made the biggest mistake of his life and tony is paying for it I feel bad for both but saying Kevin smoked pot could of had an effect is plain stupid.

it must be wonderful to be able to tell someone who has just lost their son how they should act and how they should feel. how would we all get by without these sanctimonious pricks to help us through the trials and tribulations of life ??????????????????? .

I was perfectly content to let this go but the Ward family apparently isn't.

Can't say that I blame them though.  I still think it's $hitty the DA reported what he did, how he did.

This open wound isn't going to close anytime soon I'm afraid.

The number one point is if he stayed in his car this would have never happen. Now lets see what valve they put on a life. Lawyers will eat this whole mess up because that is how they make money. All this can't be let go unless both sides quit , the news media will not let it go because every chance they get they will reply the video and start right in.  It was a very sad day for all racers and Fans. Both Family's will never be the same ever again.

The open letter was very well written.

The first post is the dumbest thing I have read since I stopped reading my own posts.  The open letter from the aunt is spot on.
