Meaningless? Guess it depends on one's definition, I voted no. I do feel there is a need to create a forum where virtually "anything goes". Name it the "Bash Forum" where all the trash talkers can reside and spew their views and opinions. It works well on a site I frequent. Trash talk is not allowed on the main board, violate the rule and you are warned then banned. It works well.
Beyond that RaceNY has much to offer.
