Thunder Mountain Speedway Roars to Life this Saturday Night

On Saturday night April 28 the Thunder Mountain Speedway roars to life for the 2018 racing season. Coming off a very successful test and tune session on Tuesday night racers and fans alike are raring to go and get the season started. The Modified division a mixture of big and small block powered race cars will start their point championship quest with a huge $1992.00 winners share for the 30-lap distance. All the other divisions will get their season started also with full points. Many newcomers are set to make Thunder Mountain home in multiple divisions. Come check out the huge addition to the tower as the request for VIP rooms have been highly requested. Also there is still time to come on board as a sponsor at the very exciting speedway with plenty of exposure for your business. Speaking of which I want to welcome aboard our newest sponsor the fine folks from Upstate Tractor and Mower formerly Scott's Small Engine. They feature Yanmar Tractors and all type of their UTV'S. Update on Thunder Mountain Speedway
 
Due to forecasted weather and wet grounds Thunder Mountain Speedway will push this Saturday's season opener to Saturday, May 5th. We will run a full program. Modified drivers will compete for $1,992 to win and Eagle Ridge Construction has kicked in an additional $100 to the winner of the 4cyl season opener making for a $225 pay day. We look forward to welcoming you on May 5th!
