Don Dippel entered the former Troyer/Nagle Cyclone at the 1976 Trenton Race of Champions Late Model event. He blew up in practice and didn't run the feature though. The car sat in his garage for many years after that.

The Sandman car at Futon...probably around 196 or 69. Looks like Don Diffendorf at the wheel.

Does anyone have any pictures of me, Dale Welty, racing on the NYS Fairgrounds track? I raced at one labor day race and attempted to qualify for two Super Dirt Weeks.....I'd guess around 1981 or 82. I don't have a single pic of me on the historic old track. I think it was with the mustang body car shown here.

While I'm thinking of it, does anyone have pics of Wally Gay's 95. One of my facebook friends has the car, and is planning on restoring it.

In search of pics of Carl Weaver's pink and white #27. Raced at Weedsport, Brewerton, and other CNY tracks, between 1955-66. Thank you.

It looks like the Show Car Engineering truck behind Larry Radney's car.

In honor of Dutch Hoag here's a pic of me in front of one of my favorites, the #7 at Langhorne. Dutch owned it but I think this year Lee Osborne was driving. Pic by my Mom or Dad.

You are correct, Dale. Year was 1970, and Oz drove the Valiant (end ended up flipping it into the infield ditch on the front stretch) and Mitch Smith drove the coupe, and either didn't finish or didn't finish well. As it turned out, probably both cars should have stayed in Bath.

Here's one from RWR... The John Fisher owned 98JR with fresh side tin....I think Doug Mattison was driving it at this point and it may have been the night he flipped and hurt his shoulder blade. Darrell Welty had moved on to drive the Tom Ewing Binner-Peters #66. Pic by Mike Hessling.
